1. What data may be associated with you?

  • Contact details you provided (name, email, phone, company, role).
  • Messages and attachments you sent to us.
  • Lead information received via third-party lead forms (e.g., Meta Lead Ads), where applicable.
  • Technical identifiers and website events via cookies/pixels (where enabled and permitted).
  • Client-related data if we processed your data as a service provider for one of our clients.

1. איזה מידע עשוי להיות משויך אליך?

2. Self-service options

2.1 Delete cookies & tracking data (where applicable)

  • You can clear cookies in your browser settings.
  • You can update cookie preferences via [Cookie Preferences link/banner] (if available).
  • You may also adjust ad preferences in Meta/Google settings (subject to their platforms).

2.2 If you used “Login with Facebook” (only if applicable)

If you logged into any Via Marketing system/app using Facebook Login, you may remove the connection from your Facebook account:

  1. Go to Facebook Settings & Privacy >> Settings >> Apps and Websites >> Find [App Name] >> Remove.

Removing the app will revoke access. You may still need to contact us to ensure deletion of data already stored in our systems (see Section 3).

2. אפשרויות מחיקה עצמאית

2.1 מחיקת עוגיות ונתוני מעקב (ככל שרלוונטי)

  • ניתן למחוק עוגיות דרך הגדרות הדפדפן.
  • ניתן לעדכן העדפות עוגיות דרך [קישור/באנר ניהול עוגיות באתר] (אם קיים).
  • ניתן לעדכן העדפות פרסום גם בהגדרות Meta/Google (בכפוף למדיניות הפלטפורמות).

2.2 אם השתמשת ב-“Login with Facebook” (רק אם רלוונטי)

אם התחברת למערכת/אפליקציה של Via Marketing באמצעות Facebook Login, ניתן להסיר את החיבור מחשבון הפייסבוק שלך:

  1. להיכנס ל-Facebook Settings & Privacy.
  2. לפתוח Settings.
  3. להיכנס ל-Apps and Websites.
  4. לאתר את [שם האפליקציה] וללחוץ Remove.

הסרת האפליקציה תבטל את ההרשאות. ייתכן שעדיין יהיה צורך לפנות אלינו כדי לוודא מחיקה של מידע שכבר נשמר במערכותינו (ראו סעיף 3).

3. How to request deletion from Via Marketing

To request deletion, please send an email to:

Email subject: “Data Deletion Request”

Please include:

  • Full name
  • Email and/or phone used
  • How you interacted with us (website form / Meta lead form / WhatsApp / other)
  • Approximate date
  • If applicable: campaign/ad name and the client/business name you contacted
  • Any supporting details that help us locate your record (e.g., a screenshot of the lead confirmation)

Identity verification: To protect your privacy, we may request additional information to verify your identity before completing deletion.

Timeframe: We will aim to respond and process your request as soon as reasonably possible and typically within [up to 30 days], subject to applicable law and workload.

נא לציין: שם מלא

  • אימייל ו/או טלפון שהוזנו, איך יצרת קשר (טופס באתר / טופס לידים ב-Meta / וואטסאפ / אחר)
  • מועד משוער:
  • אם רלוונטי: שם הקמפיין/המודעה, ושם העסק/הלקוח אליו פנית
  • פרטים מסייעים לאיתור (למשל צילום מסך של אישור ליד)

אימות זהות: כדי להגן על פרטיותך, ייתכן שנבקש מידע נוסף לצורך אימות זהות לפני ביצוע המחיקה.

לוחות זמנים: נשתדל להשיב ולטפל בבקשה בהקדם האפשרי ובדרך כלל תוך [עד 30 ימים], בכפוף לדין ולעומסים.

4. If your data was processed for one of our clients

Where Via Marketing acted as a service provider for a business client (e.g., campaign management/lead management for a specific business), that client may be the primary data controller.

We can delete the data stored in our systems, but you may also need to contact the relevant client to delete the data from their systems. Please specify the relevant business/client name so we can assist.

4. אם המידע טופל עבור לקוח שלנו

במקרים שבהם Via Marketing פעלה כספק שירות עבור לקוח עסקי (למשל ניהול קמפיין/ניהול לידים עבור עסק מסוים), ייתכן שהלקוח הוא “בקר המידע” הראשי. אנו נוכל למחוק את המידע שנמצא אצלנו, אך ייתכן שתידרש פנייה גם אל הלקוח למחיקה ממערכותיו. בבקשה ציין/י את שם העסק/הלקוח הרלוונטי כדי שנוכל לסייע.

5. Legal retention

In some cases, we may not be able to delete certain data immediately or entirely where retention is required by law (e.g., accounting records),
or where it is necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal rights. In such cases, we will restrict processing to the minimum required and delete the data when permissible.

5. שמירה נדרשת לפי דין

במקרים מסוימים ייתכן שלא נוכל למחוק מידע מיידית או במלואו אם קיימת חובה חוקית לשמור אותו (למשל מסמכים חשבונאיים), או אם הדבר דרוש לצורך הגנה על זכויות משפטיות. במקרים כאלה נגביל את השימוש במידע למינימום ונמחק כשיתאפשר.

6. Confirmation

Once deletion (or restriction of processing) is completed, we will send you a confirmation via email and/or the relevant communication channel, where feasible.
